The 2023 Asia Cup will be the 16th edition of the tournament. It will be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka from 30 August to 17 September 2023
Six Teams will compete in the tournament: India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
The Teams will be divided into two groups of three. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Four stage.
The Matches will be played at four venues: Multan, Lahore, Kandy, and Colombo
The Top two teams from the Super Four stage will play the final.
The Tournament will be played in a 50-over format.
The defending champions are Sri Lanka. They won the 2018 Asia Cup in the UAE
