Each participant in the Deals rummy game is given a specific number of chips at the beginning of the game.
Whoever throws the coin wins the right to move first.
13 cards are dealt at random to each player. At the beginning of the game, the first card from the deck is positioned face-up in the open deck.
The remaining cards are dealt into the closed deck of cards face-down. Each game begins with the random selection of a joker card.
After each deal, the player with the highest score receives chips from the losing players according to their respective scores.
According to the players' scores, the winner of each deal receives all of the loser players' chips. Players are assigned ranks based on their chip total once all trades have been completed.
